EDUCATION

We have a repertoire that is versatile and suitable for many different venues, festivals and schools.

As artistic director Tanya has helped to implement a multicultural curriculum including salsa and other dance styles from South America.

She is dedicated to asserting the prominence of the arts in our culture, spearheading initiatives to bring dance and theatre into the community and programmes that introduce children and adults alike to the arts.

Tanya has been a guiding force in delivering a programme which offers the 'FIESTA' a unique combination of live performances, taster sessions and dancing for everyone.

FIESTAS These are triple bills that include a short performance, a taster session in salsa or merengue, followed by dancing for everybody to be able to put into practice the steps that they have learnt. Duration 2 hours.

FIESTAS for SCHOOLS a magical introduction to Latin culture presented as a double bill, that includes a show followed by a creative workshop session for children. This can be repeated twice during the day. Duration 2 hours.

OTHER COMBINATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

Classes and workshops available:

Salsa classes for all levels: beginners, improving intermediates and advanced to professional levels.

Creative salsa classes for children (6 to 12 years) an introduction to South American rhythms and dances.

Salsa classes in Spanish/French this classes are offered to beginners groups, as an introduction to language and dance skills.

Salsa classes for the over 60's

We are also available to lead and initiate projects that integrate drama and dance in schools and a variety of community settings.
